How do I place an order?
Once all items are placed in your Cart, click the “Proceed to Checkout” icon located at the bottom of the page to enter your shipping information and select your payment method. Then your order will be processed in a few moments.

When will my package be shipped and delivered?
All purchases are shipped once your payment has been cleared.
Expected delivery for shop purchases are within 7-10 business days. Delivery for memberships is approximately 2 weeks.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns/Exchanges can be made within 30 days of shipment date. If an item is unable to be exchanged, you will receive a full refund.

If I’m a member, will my membership discount be applied to my purchase?
Yes, once your transaction has been made, we will notify you with your new balance and you will be refunded the difference.
